Shipping

All orders are shipped from Honolulu, HI. We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days, but this may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, along with delivery notifications and updates.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return if the item(s) meet the following conditions:

• The return is requested within 15 days of the delivery date.

• The item(s) are in its original unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition.

• The tags and packaging must be in its original condition.

Exchanges

Items may exchanged for a different size or color for free within 15 days of the order being placed.

To initiate an exchange, please contact orders@hulistudios.com.

For international customers

Please note that we are unable to offer free exchanges for any international orders. Instead, we ask that you please initiate a return and place a replacement order by contacting orders@hulistudios.com.
